A firefighter in North Carolina had been placed on unpaid administrative leave after being accused of rape by a woman he knew. Robert Lee Hagy returned to work last week when the charges were dropped after a grand jury determined that the evidence against the firefighter did not provide enough information to find the man guilty.
After the charges were dropped, Hagy was allowed to return to the Concord Fire and Life Safety Department, where he has worked for the last three years.
