Facing Charges, Missouri Representative Scraps Re-election Campaign

Missouri House member Brad Robinson, a two-term representative from the 107th district, announced recently that he will not be seeking re-election. Robinson and his wife, Tara, are currently facing charges in connection with a car accident on New Year’s , in which Robinson’s car struck a 46-year-old man.

Brad Robinson faces a charge of leaving the scene of an accident, and Tara Robinson has been charged with making a false declaration. If convicted, Brad Robinson may be sentenced to as much as 4 years in prison.
